I’m Maria Rogers, a newborn and family photographer serving Franklin Lakes and the surrounding Northern New Jersey area. With over ten years of experience and a background in pediatric care, I’ve learned that the most meaningful photographs are the ones that feel calm, honest, and full of heart.
My approach is baby-led and connection-focused. I guide each session gently so parents can relax, breathe, and soak in the moments that go by far too fast. Whether we’re creating cozy in-home lifestyle images or beautifully styled studio portraits, my goal is always the same — to show the love you feel and the story you’re living.
As a mother of three, I understand how quickly these seasons change. The tiny details, sleepy smiles, soft snuggles, and quiet in-between moments are the ones I never want to forget — and it’s a privilege to preserve those memories for other families as well.
When little ones grow and babies become toddlers, I love photographing family sessions outdoors during golden hour. There’s something magical about the soft evening light and the way children open up, play, and explore — it allows families to be themselves and creates beautiful, natural portraits that feel like real life.
I work with families from Franklin Lakes, Ridgewood, Wyckoff, Paramus, Wayne, Pompton Lakes, Midland Park, Waldwick, and surrounding towns throughout Bergen County and Northern New Jersey.
